Did you read my last post? That's another example of how life may smile on you. You see? thought i was gonna stay here in our little sunny island but i'm finally going to Singapore for university... Please try to cheer up. i do understand how u feel n i know everything bout the probs u have wiz ur family but trust me it's all gonna change one day you'll see. u know we've got a bright future in front of us. we haven't studied so hard since primary school for nothing. we went to the best secondary school of the island. that must surely mean sthg to u. life will smile on u... actually it has already smiled on u a bit(referring to ur scholarship to China) n i'm sure that this is only the beginning. never forget what u are capable of.

I've been accepted in the National University of Singapore for an undergraduate degree in Business Admin. I've already sent my reply saying I accept and all the other forms like accomodation,student's pass and student exchange programmes... hope i get the accomodation i've chosen... A room with air con and attached bathroom. I'm really feeling so tired... During the past week I've been running here and there trying to send eveything to the right place and on time(That's why i haven't updated my tabulas for so long). I got my passport alright and I left it at the travel agency for visa purposes(that one's for my visit to China)... Now next step is to book my airflight for Singapore for mid-July. All this is really stressing me out... Plus tomorrow... i'll become a teacher. lol!!! It's gonna be a good experience i think to teach primary children a language they have practically no knowledge of(Mandarin). I received a letter on friday from the Ministry of Education saying I got the job. Anyway it's only on a temporary basis until I go to university. Hope the children don't make fun of me...

Today i've been informed that i've been chosen by the embassy for a paid journey to China for ten days (excluding air ticket). it's still an occasion i can't miss. now what's bothering me is that i have to quickly do another passport cos the one i have is expiring in july!!! ARGHH!!! hope i get my passport on time. otherwise i won't be able to go. that would be so unfair... i really want to go to China to see what it's like there. pls let everything be alright.
